This is the personal web page for Emma Costello.
Emma’s business & personal property portfolio is extensive and is still expanding
Emma Costello is the founder of the family run Blandford based Costello Lettings Ltd, also MGS Maintenance Ltd and of course her own property portfolio.
Property is Emma Costello’s passion and always has been, at age 19 she bought her first flat in Alum Chine, Westbourne which she lived in and then rented out whilst travelling in Australia.
This beautiful flat is where it all began as sadly whilst being rented out it sustained some damage which with Emma’s return she proceeded to refurbish the flat and then selling it which started the journey that is now known as Costello Lettings Ltd.
With a Natural talent for business it progressively led to the formation of Costello Lettings and also MGS Maintenance, for which Emma is Founder, owner and director of both.
Over the last 20 years Emma has developed a business and personal property portfolio that covers the counties of Dorset, Hampshire, Wiltshire and beyond.
Emma’s mission statement has always been “To do what I say I will do” and it works – with a great deal of Emma’s business relationships being built on recommendations.
Emma’s personal property portfolio is managed by her lettings business so rest assured if you want a letting agent who thinks like a landlord you are in good hands.
Emma Costello undertakes various projects to boost her profile & property portfolio.
